Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations for the Udaipur office in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role will involve administering employee benefits,



assisting with performance management cycles, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor regulations. The specialist will help design and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, workplace safety culture, and retention. This position will also act as a point of contact for employee queries, support conflict resolution, and collaborate with management to address personnel needs aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications
