Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Officer role based in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Officer will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including understanding workforce needs, drafting role-specific job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels,



and screening applications. The role involves coordinating and conducting interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Officer will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment strategies with business objectives, maintain accurate recruitment records, and support employer branding initiatives. The position also includes contributing to process improvements, leveraging data to refine hiring strategies, and helping build a strong, mission-driven team aligned with Spectacom’s wellness-focused culture.
