About the Role
We are looking for energetic and technically skilled Field Service Engineers to join our Lithium Battery Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation support, troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and after-sales service of lithium battery systems across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, and servicing of Lithium Battery Systems
Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis at customer sites
Providing technical support and resolving service-related issues
Coordinating with customers, dealers, and internal teams
Preparing service reports and maintaining service records
Ensuring timely closure of service requests
Travelling across assigned regions as required
Eligibility Criteria
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field
Experience in Lithium Batteries, EV, Inverter, Solar, or Energy Storage Systems preferred
Hands-on field service and troubleshooting experience
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory
Willingness to travel extensively
Compensation
? Salary: Up to βΉ20,000 per month
? Higher salary can be offered to experienced and deserving candidates
