Position Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Head who can build, execute, and scale our marketing strategy across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, performance marketing, lead generation, branding, creative campaigns, CRM automation, website optimization, SEO, and marketing analytics. The primary objective is to generate high-quality leads while strengthening the Stag Elevators brand across India.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube).




- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Improve ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI.

Brand & Creative Strategy
- Develop premium branding campaigns aligned with the luxury home elevator segment.
- Lead creative direction for videos, brochures, social media, websites, and print materials.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies.

Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns.
- Build marketing funnels and landing pages for higher conversions.
- Improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-sale conversion.

Website & SEO
- Manage and continuously improve the company website.
- Drive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Optimize landing pages for conversions and user experience.
