Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and research-driven Subject Matter Expert Multimedia to spearhead the creation of cutting-edge educational content in the fields of Graphic Design, UI/UX, and Web Design. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering video-based learning (microlearning and long-form), conducting masterclasses, and upskilling academic faculty. This role offers the unique prospect to shape the next generation of digital creatives in India.

Ideal candidates should have a strong command of design and visual communication principles, be fluent in spoken and written English, and have a demonstrated ability to simplify complex design concepts for learners. Familiarity with evolving design technologies, including Generative AI tools, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

*Content Development*
- Design and develop structured Multimedia learning modules in formats such as video, eBooks, and interactive tools.




- Create both microlearning and long-form content aligned with current industry standards and learner outcomes.
- Write accurate, well-researched content, scripts, and storyboards tailored for Multimedia and Design education.

*Academic Engagement*
- Conduct engaging Masterclasses, Guest Lectures, and Workshops for students across institutions.
- Mentor students on real-world design projects, UI/UX case studies, and capstone assignments.
- Facilitate faculty development programs to enhance teaching methodologies and tech fluency.
- Support student teams participating in design and multimedia competitions like 24FPS International Animation Awards and MAAC Creative League.
