Support Services (PPC. plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of production planning and control at the WDI Plant. This position is integral to the coordination and execution of production schedules, material planning, and cross-functional team collaboration.



The role demands a proactive approach to monitoring production performance and ensuring that all plans are executed in alignment with business objectives, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols. The Assistant Manager is tasked with optimizing production processes, ensuring the timely availability of materials, and maintaining accurate production data. This role requires a strategic mindset to anticipate and mitigate potential disruptions, thereby supporting the plant's operational efficiency. The incumbent will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in people management, contributing to the overall success of the plant operations.
