Get to know the Business Operations Team
The Business Operations Team is the central operating hub of Workstreet. We oversee the systems, processes, data, contracting, and alignment with adjacent teams and partners. The team includes a few departments and functions, including Deal Desk, Collections, Data and Analytics, Partnership Management, and IT. The goal of Business Operations is to ensure that our data capture is accurate, our processes are sound, and that the information we gather is fueling our decisions.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Sales Operations Analyst




to join our team. This role is critical to streamlining our sales operations by managing contract creation, deal processing, and administrative tasks that support our GTM teams. The ideal candidate will have solid attention to detail, excellent data management skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced sales environment.

What You'll Do
- Manage contracts and deals - create and prepare sales contracts using provided templates and pricing guidelines.
- Process signed agreements - download, organize files in Google Drive, and update HubSpot records accordingly.
- Complete deal closures - execute deal closure processes in HubSpot, ensuring all required fields are accurately populated.
- Maintain data integrity - preserve strict data accuracy across multiple systems, including HubSpot, Streetsmart, and Airtable.
- Generate preliminary proposals - build preliminary proposals
