Role Summary
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by handling customer communication, order processing, lead generation, and sales documentation. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, customer handling experience, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups and lead generation.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain company products and generate sales opportunities.
- Process customer orders and maintain sales documentation.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, dispatch records,
and reports.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, marketing, and sales teams.
- Assist the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and smooth workflow.
Required Skills
- Any Graduate qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Customer Support.
- Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports accurately.
