Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Business Development Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline across residential, commercial, and architectural lighting projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, meeting prospective clients, presenting tailored lighting solutions,



and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. The role also involves coordinating with internal design and technical teams to develop proposals, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth handover to project and customer service teams. The specialist will track sales performance, report on market trends, and contribute to business development strategies that support sustainable growth.
