Role Description
As a VoIP Engineer (Asterisk) at Kubernetikos Infosec, you will design, configure, and maintain VoIP systems with a primary focus on Asterisk-based solutions. You will manage day-to-day operations of telephony infrastructure, including call routing, SIP trunk configuration, and system monitoring to ensure high availability and call quality. The role involves diagnosing and resolving VoIP and network issues, providing technical support to internal teams,



and implementing performance optimizations and security best practices. You will collaborate with developers and network engineers to integrate VoIP services with other applications and platforms, document configurations and procedures, and participate in capacity planning and system upgrades. This is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies and telephony systems, including Asterisk or similar PBX platforms.
- Solid networking skills, including SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, QoS, firewalls, and VPNs relevant to VoIP deployments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing VoIP, telephony, and network-related issues, with a structured approach to root cause analysis.
- Experience providing technical support for VoIP environments, including incident management, ticket handling, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with Linux server
