Position Title : Customer Success Associate

Location: Jaipur, India

Education: Undergraduate/Graduate

Shift hours: 9 hrs

salary range: upto 35k

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Candidates will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from customers.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to communicate with our global customers in both written and spoken English within corporate environment

• Should have basic knowledge of hospitality and service industry.

Should have knowledge of bookings such as hotel, flights , travel.

Adaptable to work in blended business. (Calls , chat and emails)

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Provide accurate,



valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

ELIGIBILITY-

• Excellent English Communication and presentation skills.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

• Versant skills with C1 Level.

Undergraduate/Graduate with min 6 months of experience.

WORK CULTURE-

• 5.5 days a week with rotational off

Rational Shift

• Cabs available in evening and night shifts , 180RS travel allowance per day only for male employees in evening and night shifts.
