Role Description
The Owner Relations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.



This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, serving as their primary point of contact for performance updates, issue resolution, and strategic recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding current owners, explaining JadeCaps’ platform features and services, coordinating property setup, and ensuring smooth communication between owners and internal teams. The Owner Relations Manager monitors property performance metrics, shares insights on occupancy and pricing, and works closely with operations, revenue management, and customer support to optimize owner satisfaction and retention. The role also involves gathering feedback from owners, identifying opportunities for service improvements, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall owner experience.
