You'll work directly with the founder to execute Shishu'Verse's social media strategy end-to-end — from creative production to community management. This is a hands-on, creative-execution role, not just scheduling posts. You'll be expected to actually *make* things (graphics, reels, captions) using contemporary AI-assisted tools, not just plan them.

Key Responsibilities
- Content creation: Design post creatives, Reels, and Stories using Canva, AI image tools (Nano Banana, ChatGPT image, Vibiz), and basic video editing tools
- Execute the content calendar: Turn agreed strategy/themes into actual published posts, on schedule
- Community management: Respond to DMs and comments promptly, in the brand's warm/nurturing tone — not generic or robotic replies
- Ideation: Bring new content ideas, trending formats, and campaign concepts to the table — not just execute what's handed to you
- Basic performance tracking: Monitor which posts/reels perform well and flag patterns back to the founder
- Light competitor/trend monitoring:



Keep an eye on what other baby/D2C brands are doing well and share relevant inspiration.
- Canva proficiency — comfortable building templates, not just filling them in
- Basic understanding of Instagram/Meta formats — Reels, Stories, carousel posts, and what performs differently across each
- Reliability — part-time doesn't mean unpredictable; consistent availability matters more than raw hours for a role like this
- Basic video editing — CapCut or similar, for Reels (cutting, captions, trending audio syncing)
- Basic photography/lighting sense — even phone-shot product photos benefit from someone who understands natural light and composition
- Copywriting instinct — able to write a short caption that doesn't sound like every other baby brand ("Introducing our new..." fatigue is real)
- Familiarity with D2C/e-commerce social strategy — understands the difference between content that gets likes vs. content that drives sales
