About Nimuki

Nimuki is a premium Indian kidswear brand for children aged 3–7 years. We focus on stylish, comfortable, and high-quality clothing for modern families. We are launching in Kolkata and plan to expand across India.

At Nimuki, we are building a strong brand and community, not just selling products. We believe in doing things thoughtfully and maintaining high standards.

Why We Are Hiring

In our early stage, growth will come mainly through social media, influencer collaborations, and building trust with parents—not through paid advertising.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, bring ideas, and work independently. If you enjoy building something from scratch and taking initiative, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management
- Manage Nimuki's Instagram account end-to-end.
- Post content, Stories, Reels, captions, hashtags, and respond to DMs.
- Follow the content calendar created with the Creative Director.
- Reply to comments and messages on the same day.
- Track performance such as reach, shares, saves, and engagement.




- Suggest new content ideas and trends that fit the brand.

2. Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Find and connect with mommy bloggers and parent creators, mainly in Kolkata.
- Reach out, negotiate, and manage gifting and affiliate collaborations.
- Explain Nimuki's brand story and guidelines to creators.
- Track the performance of influencer campaigns.
- Build long-term relationships with top-performing creators.

3. WhatsApp Community Management
- Manage Nimuki's WhatsApp community for our founding families.
- Share current launches, exclusive previews, and engage with members.
- Ensure every interaction creates a positive brand experience.
- Coordinate with the General Manager on order updates and customer delight initiatives.

4. Offline Partnerships

Work with the General Manager to build relationships with:
- Premium preschools and daycares.
- Kids' play areas and family entertainment centres.
