Overall Purpose of The Job
- Grow Procurement capability in key locations with focus on strong supply chain compliance consistent with Company Quality, Policies and Procedures.
Ensure flawless service delivery to all stakeholders by implementation and maintenance of Global Service Level Agreements. Use digital tools to analyse data, monitor and report on supply chain performance. Track Procurement behaviours and pro-actively implement training and improvement measures in line with Group continual improvement goals. Support Vessels budget commitments through the adoption of Global strategic procurement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities And Tasks
- Support the Business, Group Technical and Global Fleet Procurement to achieve the strategic goals, acting as positive ambassador within function and externally to other stakeholders
- Drive Supply Chain compliance within function, fleet cell and vessel using leading and lagging indicators to actively improve performance and mitigate risk
- Create and maintain customer service culture through internal stakeholder engagement, reporting, feedback and resolution loop
