Job Responsibilities:
- Handling daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional client relationships
- Performing Customer KYC verification as per RBI and regulatory guidelines
- Managing and maintaining accurate customer data records
- Proper documentation and archiving of transaction records
- Till management and end-of-day reconciliation
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Resolving customer queries and ensuring compliance with company policies

Candidate Profile:
- Professionally well-mannered with strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and team coordination
- Good knowledge of basic accounting and cash handling
- Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Ability to manage documentation and data systematically
- Good communication skills (English & regional language preferred)
- Prior experience in Forex / Banking / Financial Services will be an advantage
