Job Description Reconciliation Analyst (Investment Operations)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily Cash & Position (Asset) Reconciliations between Investment Managers (IM) and Custodians.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks for cash, assets, and market values.
- Support portfolio valuation, NAV calculations, cash management, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams for exception resolution.
- Research complex transactions and escalate critical issues when required.
- Work with SWIFT messages (MT950/MT535) where applicable.

Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in IM vs Custody Reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of Cash & Position Reconciliation.
- Understanding of Fixed Income, Equities, Bonds, Derivatives,



and other financial products.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SWIFT MT950 & MT535.

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Alteryx, Power BI, VBA, Excel Macros.
- Exposure to BlackRock Aladdin.

Preferred Experience:
- 2–6 years in Investment Operations, Reconciliation, Fund Accounting, or Custody Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
