Designation – Inventory Executive

Experience – 2 -5 years

Job Type – Full-Time (Work from office)

Shift- 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

6days working, with Sunday fixed off

Salary- 3 LPA to 4.20 LPA

Need immediate joiners only

Job Summary:

The Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining

accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring proper

documentation. The role requires strong expertise in Excel and Tally, along

with coordination with internal teams for smooth inventory and administrative

operations. The position is based in Thane, and candidates from Thane or

nearby locations are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

 Maintain and update inventory/stock records accurately

 Monitor inward and outward stock entries





 Prepare stock reports in Excel on a daily/weekly basis

 Handle inventory accounting in Tally

 Coordinate with purchase, stores, and accounts teams

 Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

 Assist in reconciliation of physical stock with system stock

 Support administrative work related to inventory

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Robust knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formulas, reports)

 Good working experience in Tally

 Basic understanding of inventory management

 Good coordination and communication skills

 Attention to detail and accuracy
