Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Enterprise Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in Python, Cloud Technologies, AI/ML, and Enterprise Platform Engineering. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable cloud-native applications, drive automation initiatives, build AI-powered enterprise solutions, and mentor engineering teams. This role requires robust architectural thinking, hands-on coding, DevOps expertise, and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and cloud automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions across AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated provisioning.




- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and automated deployment practices.
- Build and optimize AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Develop cloud automation and orchestration frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy workloads on Kubernetes.
- Drive architectural decisions, enforce design standards, and ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
- Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and secure application design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions.
