Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Language: Fluent Tamil (Basic Hindi/English is a plus)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls in Tamil.
- Resolve customer queries and provide support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Requirements
- Fluent Tamil (Mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to work from the Gurugram office.
