Qualifications
- Strong experience in real estate sales, business development, or consulting, preferably in luxury or investment-focused markets.
- 5-7 years of Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive revenue growth through structured processes and explicit targets.
- Excellent relationship management skills with developers, channel partners, and high-net-worth clients, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, investment analysis, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, reporting dashboards,



and basic data analysis to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in leadership roles within fast-growing organizations or high-performance sales environments is highly beneficial.
