Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients for Finance & Accounting (F&A;) services. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of F&A; outsourcing solutions, consultative selling, enterprise sales, and relationship management. This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategic sales pipelines, and closing high-value deals across target industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Finance & Accounting outsourcing services.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Engage with CXOs, CFOs, Finance Directors, and key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and propose tailored F&A; solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle,
including lead generation, qualification, solution presentations, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with solution architects, operations, finance, and delivery teams to develop compelling client proposals.
- Prepare RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop account growth strategies for existing customers and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, margin, and business development targets.
