Job Title: Application Engineer / Field Sales Executive Power Tools & Abrasives

Department: Sales (Field/Channel)

Location: Multiple locations

Education: Graduate (any discipline); B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong hands-on power tools/abrasives sales experience.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in Power Tools, Abrasives, or Cutting Tools industry
- Experience in technical/channel sales to dealers, distributors, and end-use manufacturing/industrial customers
- Good working knowledge of power tools and abrasive applications

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets within the territory
- Develop new dealers/customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
- Promote and sell the power tools & abrasives portfolio through regular market/customer visits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and commercial/pricing discussions




- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, service) for order execution and customer support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity , and identify current business opportunities
- Ensure timely collections and maintain high customer satisfaction

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong product knowledge of power tools and abrasives
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships across dealers, distributors, and end customers
- Self-driven, result-oriented, capable of working independently
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
