Job Responsibilities
- Develops and executes comprehensive CRM strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Plans, implements, and manages customer loyalty programs that drive customer retention and repeat business across markets, i.e. drives Tickit Loyalty adoption across business brands and improves penetration across offline and online stores.
- Analyses customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities for personalized marketing campaigns and creates customer segments for highly targeted marketing campaigns and content, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Develops and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) to nurture customer relationships and drive retention. Conducts A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.




- Develops and refines customer journey maps to optimize touchpoints and improve customer experiences.
- Works with the creative team to develop inspirational content and newsletters.
- Administers and maintains the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integration, and efficiency.
- Drives the business and focuses on driving overall penetration and revenue growth for business Gift Cards through planning, implementation, and collaboration across stores, online channels, and partnerships.
