Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations for an on-site team based in Delhi, India. This full-time role includes managing recruitment, onboarding,



and workforce planning to ensure that catering and event operations are adequately staffed and supported. Daily responsibilities involve handling employee relations, performance management, attendance and leave administration, and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies and local regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also design and implement HR policies, training initiatives, and engagement programs to support a positive workplace culture and professional development. In addition, the role includes maintaining HR documentation, coordinating payroll inputs with relevant teams, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and health and safety standards.
