Drive secondary compensation, FLS appraisal (STAR & Wallet), business planning, and field governance for the Direct Sales channel. The role focuses on improving productivity, retention, and performance visibility through structured programs, data-driven insights, and solid stakeholder collaboration.
What does the job entail?

Act as SPOC for field queries on incentives and performance metrics

Ensure timely resolution and clear communication

Drive process improvements to reduce recurring issues and escalations

5. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Sales, BI, HR, Finance, Ops, and Product teams

Ensure seamless execution of compensation programs and business initiatives

Lead structured governance and review forums

6. Automation & Process Excellence

Identify and implement automation opportunities in reporting and compensation tracking

Improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate (MBA preferred)
