Talent Acquisition Intern – Remote | 3-Month Internship

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with prior recruitment experience who understands candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment tools and is comfortable working in the PST time zone.

Internship Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers or ATS platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Work on multiple positions simultaneously and meet assigned hiring targets.
- Requirements
6 months to 1 year of prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Candidate Sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment platforms, job boards, and ATS/recruitment management systems.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other candidate sourcing tools.
- Valuable understanding of resume screening, candidate assessment, and interview coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple hiring priorities.
- Must be available to work according to the PST time zone.
- Candidates with experience in global or international recruitment will be preferred.
