Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage month end reporting process, including general ledger accounting, intercompany reconciliation, and RTR (Record to Report) processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements by coordinating with various teams such as AP, AR, GL, Treasury etc.
- Oversee the preparation of journal entries and adjustments to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Review and analyze balance sheet accounts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to record-to-report processes.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years' experience in General Ledger Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Month End Closing & Close Processes.
- Bachelor's degree in B.B.A. / B.M.S. or B.Com from a reputed institution.
- Solid understanding of SAP systems and ability to work on R2R Process (Record to Report).
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for reviewing balance sheet accounts.
