Technical Lead – Salesforce Public Sector Pune · Full time · On-site

About the Role The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Public Sector engagements, guiding development teams, and driving delivery governance. The role involves supporting technical discovery, estimation, and solution design, as well as mentoring engineering resources. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions, mitigate technical risks, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Public Sector engagements.




- Design scalable OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and integration solutions.
- Support technical discovery, estimation, and solution design for pursuits.
- Guide development teams and perform architecture and code reviews.
- Drive delivery governance and technical risk mitigation.
- Create reusable accelerators, frameworks, and implementation best practices.
- Support client-facing technical discussions and architectural workshops.
- Mentor engineering resources and help build deployment readiness.

Requirements
- Have 5–8 years of experience, including strong Salesforce architecture experience.
- Possess hands-on expertise in OmniStudio.
- Have strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Have experience leading enterprise implementations.
- Possess strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
