Job Summary:

Kinetic Green Energy & Power Solutions Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager / Senior Manager B2B Business Development & Exports to drive domestic and international business growth. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding export markets, acquiring key B2B customers, and driving sustainable revenue growth across Kinetic Green's product portfolio. The role requires strong expertise in business development, strategic sales, channel partner management, commercial negotiations, and international business.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
- Drive end-to-end B2B business development initiatives to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Generate high-quality leads through market research, networking,



customer engagement, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's growth plans.
- Build a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into business.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Acquire recent corporate customers, institutional buyers, OEMs, fleet operators, government organizations, and strategic accounts.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, channel partners, and business associates in domestic and overseas markets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct customer meetings, business reviews, and negotiations to maximize business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely issue resolution.

Export Business Development:
- Identify and develop export opportunities across targ
