We are looking for a Lead Production Support Engineer (.NET & Python) with robust technical expertise and leadership capabilities to support critical healthcare applications and integration workflows. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience leading support teams, and a proactive approach to incident management and automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead L2/L3 production support for Guiding Care integrations and related healthcare applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving APIs, middleware, application logs, and SQL databases.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement minor bug fixes/enhancements using C#/.NET.
- Develop Python-based automation scripts for monitoring, configuration validation, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with Support, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams on incident resolution, hotfixes, and releases.
- Monitor integration endpoints, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability.
- Maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides,



and support documentation.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call support model and drive major incident management activities.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership for production support initiatives.

Required Skills
- 9+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Python, and SQL Server.
- Expertise in troubleshooting REST APIs, integrations, middleware, and database issues.
- Experience with healthcare applications and integration workflows (Guiding Care preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and coordinate across teams.

Preferred
- Healthcare/Payer domain experience.
- Exposure to Azure/AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- ITIL knowledge and experience in a 24x7 support environment.
