HOSCO Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender Executive with a solid background in Medical Equipment Tender Management. The candidate must have hands-on experience in handling Government and Private Tenders related to medical equipment. Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Government & Private Tenders for Medical Equipment.
- Prepare and submit bids through GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other e-Tender portals.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, hospitals, and internal teams.
- Manage tender documentation, compliance, and bid submissions.
- Follow up on tender status, purchase orders, and contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records of all tender activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Medical Equipment Tender Management is mandatory.
- Experience in the Medical Equipment, Healthcare, IVD, Diagnostics,
or Laboratory Equipment industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and Government & Private e-Tender Portals.
- Strong knowledge of tender documentation, technical specifications, and commercial bid preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
