Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic R&D; Leader to drive Recent Product Development (NPD) and technology innovation for our Railways business. The role involves leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across Traction Motors, Traction Electronics, Signalling Systems, Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, and Mechanical Design while delivering innovative, high-quality products aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) programs.
- Drive product strategy, technology roadmap, and innovation initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional R&D; teams across Electronics, Embedded Software & Hardware, Mechanical Design, and Thermal Management.
- Ensure timely project execution, product validation, quality, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customers for successful product development.
- Build a high-performing engineering team and drive continuous improvement.
