The Role

We're looking for an experienced growth advisor who has scaled online course, webinar, or events businesses — and can guide our team as we grow. This is a per-call advisory engagement, not a full time role. You advise; our team executes.

What You'll Advise On
- Offer structuring: memberships, tiers, pricing & value stacks




- Marketing & launch strategy for online courses, webinars, and events
- Upsell architecture: converting low-ticket buyers into high-ticket members
- Automations & customer journeys (email, WhatsApp, CRM)
- Community building & monetization

Requirements
- Hands-on experience scaling an online course/webinar/events business — as a founder, growth lead, or marketer
- Niche experience in business coaching (preferred), or life coaching, investing/stock market education, or similar knowledge businesses
- Verifiable results — you should be ready to share launch numbers, revenue scaled, and funnels you've built
- Strong understanding of the Indian market and Indian course-buyer psychology

- Frequency: as needed (may be weekly during launches, monthly otherwise)
