Job Description :

Location: Goa

Department: RF & Microwave Systems – Testing & Validation

Experience Required: 2+ Years in RF Testing

Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (ECE / EEE Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

· Perform RF measurements using VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator and Power Meter.

· Measure S-parameters (S11, S21), Return Loss, VSWR and Gain.

· Test RF Power Amplifiers (Gain, Output Power, 1dB Compression, Harmonics).

· Conduct impedance matching verification and troubleshooting.

· Perform calibration of RF instruments (SOLT method).





· Identify spurious signals, harmonics and EMI-related issues.

· Prepare detailed RF test reports for defence/aerospace programs.

· Support EMI/EMC and environmental qualification testing.

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and microwave theory.

· Hands-on experience with RF lab instruments.

· Knowledge of impedance matching and transmission lines.

· Basic understanding of RF amplifier and antenna testing.

· Good documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in defence/aerospace RF projects.

· Knowledge of EMI/EMC testing.

· Exposure to high power RF testing safety procedures.

· Experience in preparing compliance documentation.
