Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will identify and onboard new partners, including boutique stays, kids’ product brands, and local clubs and experiences, aligning them with MagickWorld’s curated standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to support revenue growth.



The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, tracking sales performance, and providing feedback to internal teams to improve offerings. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and community teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners and families using the platform.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in lead generation, client outreach, and relationship-building within B2C or B2B environments.
- Experience in sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals, with strong persuasion and communication abilities.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, managing pipelines, and working with basic sales metrics and reporting.
- Knowledge of or interest in travel, lifestyle, or children’s products and activities in India.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, conduct local market visits, and meet partners in person.
