- Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and partners in the region.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive general insurance landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in agency development, agency sales, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing solid relationships with agents and growing their businesses.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products and services, including life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance etc.
