As a control and instrumentation engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, installing,managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery
and processes.
You could work for companies who manufacture and supply the equipment or for the companies who use it,such as thermal energy companies and environmental agencies.
You will need a thorough understanding of the operational processes of an organization as your role is multidisciplinary, working closely with colleagues across several functions, including operations, purchasing
and design.
Responsibilities:-
• Advanced process control (APC)
• Distributed control systems (DCS)
• Programmable logic controllers (PLC)
• Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).
Calibration & Accuracy:-
• Ensure every sensors (Temperature, pressure, flow, level, PH) 100% accuracy date
• Measure accurate calibratory schedule to meet ISO & safety standards
• Loop troubleshooting tracing signal from field to control room
• Manage DCS & PLC
• Maintain the positions on control volumes which are the physical hand that adjust the flow of chemical
• Safety Instrumented system (SIS)
