Roles and Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and acquire new clients through networking, market research, referrals, industry knowledge, and strategic prospecting.

✅ Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.





✅ Research target organizations and engage with decision-makers, including CXOs, Founders, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Hiring Managers.

✅ Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

✅ Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by generating qualified leads through LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach, networking events, and other business development channels.

✅ Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to understand client hiring requirements and ensure a seamless transition of recent accounts.

✅ Build prospect databases through various channels and referrals and maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads at different stages of the sales funnel.

✅ Represent Siyonix at networking events, HR forums, recruitment conferences, and industry meetups to strengthen the company's brand presence on LinkedIn and expand business opportunities.
