Role Description
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full time, Hybrid role based in the Greater Nagpur Area, responsible for leading BroDoo’s overall technology vision and execution. This role oversees software development teams, defines the technology roadmap, and ensures that the platform’s architecture and infrastructure can scale with customer needs. The CTO collaborates closely with product, operations,



and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into robust technical solutions and release plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding engineering best practices, managing technology projects and resources, monitoring system performance and security, and driving continuous improvement in development processes. The CTO also plays a key role in hiring, mentoring, and retaining technical talent while fostering a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in Software Development and Architecture, with a track record of building scalable, secure, and reliable platforms.
