Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress using tools like Jira, Visio, Miro.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular meetings and status updates.
- Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or issues.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Project Manager (PMP certified).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to work effectively in an iterative environment.
- Proficiency in using Jira, Visio, Miro for project management tasks such as planning, tracking, reporting
Minimum Experience Requirements
- 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience in project management, program management, or other closely related roles

- Demonstrated experience working on multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction
- Demonstrated experience in using JIRA, managing scrum activities, tracking development team progress
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with product owners, BAs, developers, QA and architects
