Role Description
The Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their financial needs and long-term objectives are understood and addressed. This full-time, in office role based in Chennai involves regular client meetings, proactive communication,



and coordination with internal advisory and operations teams to deliver tailored wealth management solutions. The Relations Manager will handle client onboarding, respond to queries, oversee service delivery, and maintain accurate client records and documentation. The role also includes identifying opportunities to enhance client portfolios, supporting client retention initiatives, and contributing to a high-standard, trust-based client experience.

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Solid understanding of wealth management, investment products, and financial planning concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
