Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow ITSM with HRSD Consultant
with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in
IT Service Management (ITSM)
and
Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
modules, along with experience in designing workflows, integrations, and automation to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD solutions.
- Configure and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB modules.
- Implement and support HRSD components such as:
- HR Case Management
- HR Service Catalog
- Employee Center
- Lifecycle Events
- Document Management
- Develop workflows and automate business processes using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Create and customize Service Catalog items, Record Producers, UI Policies,



Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance.
- Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.

Required Skills
- 6–8 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
