Role : Plant Head

To Lead 5GW Solar Cell Manufacturing Plant, driving high efficiency, yield, technology excellence, and cost leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Plant Commissioning & Ramp-Up
- Lead pre-commissioning activities including civil/PEB handover review, utility readiness (power, water, gases), and equipment installation coordination with OEMs/EPC partners
- Drive commissioning of the 4.5 GW TOPCon solar cell line in line with project timelines, in close coordination with technology licensors and equipment vendors
- Own the production ramp-up plan, ensuring planned capacity and yield targets are achieved progressively as per phased commissioning milestones.
- Overall ownership of Solar Cell Mfg. operations (Process, yield, efficiency) ; Execution of technology roadmap (PERC, TOPcon, HJT or future technologies

Production & Operations Management
- Take full P&L; and operational ownership of the plant once operational production planning, capacity utilization, yield optimization, and OEE improvement




- Drive process optimization across cell manufacturing stages (texturing, diffusion, PECVD, screen printing, testing/sorting etc.) to achieve target efficiency, yield, and output
- Ensure manufacturing output meets cost, quality, and delivery commitments aligned with group sales and module manufacturing requirements

People Leadership
- Build the plant's organizational structure from the ground up recruit, train, and develop production, quality, maintenance, and EHS teams
- Given the facility's location, lead workforce development and local talent integration, supporting the project's stated goal of 1,600+ direct/indirect jobs
- Foster a high-performance, safety-first, continuous-improvement culture

Engineering & Maintenance
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance of high-value equipment (PECVD, diffusion furnaces, screen printers, testers etc.) to maximize uptime
