Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase & Procurement Executive with 4–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccine, or manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, procurement planning, negotiation, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely availability of materials while maintaining quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.





Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, engineering spares, laboratory consumables, and indirect purchases.

Source reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations based on technical and commercial requirements.

Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.

Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and monitor order status until material receipt.

Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, Finance, and Planning teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Develop and maintain a qualified vendor database through periodic vendor evaluations.

Monitor supplier performance with respect to quality, cost, delivery, and service.

Ensure procurement activities comply with GMP, ISO, company SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
