Location- Base location flexible (Pune / Delhi-NCR preferred); extensive travel across India required

Experience- 15+ years total experience; minimum 10 years in Government-sector sales & business development

Education- Engineering degree (mandatory); Master's in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred/added advantage)

Autodesk is a premier global OEM of CAD and BIM software products and is recognised worldwide as the market leader in the AECO vertical.

SoftTech is Autodesk's authorized partner for the Government and Public sector in the AECO vertical in India, giving SoftTech access to Autodesk's special government licensing and pricing structures.



SoftTech is now looking to build a dedicated leadership role to scale this combined chance.

2. Role Purpose

SoftTech is seeking an accomplished Business Leader to drive sales and business development of the combined software offerings of SoftTech and Autodesk to Government and Public sector customers across India. The role is central to converting the SoftTechAutodesk alliance into a scaled, sustainable government business, and will require the incumbent to operate as the strategic and operational bridge between the two organisations.

3. Key Responsibilities

Alliance & Partnership Management
- Act as the primary bridge between Autodesk and SoftTech for all government-sector business, ensuring close alignment of strategy, pipeline and execution between the two organisations.
