Role Description
The Assistant Studio Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for supporting the daily operations of the studio and ensuring a smooth, professional environment for clients and staff. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing client inquiries, and assisting with studio bookings and sales activities. The Assistant Studio Manager helps lead and support the studio team, oversees project timelines, and maintains high standards of customer service and studio presentation. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring studio resources, preparing reports for management, collaborating on promotional initiatives, and helping resolve operational issues promptly. The role requires close communication with management and team members to achieve studio performance goals.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Candidates should possess Team Leadership and Project Management skills to coordinate studio activities and support staff in meeting operational targets.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to contribute to client conversions, promote studio services, and support revenue growth.
- Relevant experience in studio, hospitality, retail, or service-oriented environments is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and scheduling or CRM tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively in a diverse team workplace.
