Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer investment needs, assisting with account opening, and promoting our financial products and educational services. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
- Explain our investment education programs, free market calls, and financial services.
- Assist clients with account opening and document collection.




- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated with market trends and company offerings.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, banking, insurance, stock market, or financial services.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
