About the Role The UAT Governance & Business Engagement Consultant acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and vendor partners, focusing on UAT governance, stakeholder management, reporting, communications, planning, and coordination. This role ensures UAT activities are effectively planned, tracked, governed, and communicated, enabling informed decision-making and successful business acceptance of project deliverables. The consultant will work to ensure UAT plans, schedules, and deliverables are aligned with project milestones, and track UAT progress, highlighting risks, issues, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities




- Govern and oversee end-to-end UAT activities delivered by external vendors or testing partners.
- Ensure UAT plans, schedules, and deliverables are aligned with project milestones.
- Track UAT progress and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor adherence to agreed testing processes, standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate readiness activities for UAT commencement and business sign-off.
- Serve as the central point of contact for business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and vendor partners.
- Build and maintain effective relationships across business and technology teams.
- Facilitate discussions between stakeholders and testing vendors to ensure alignment.
- Escalate risks and issues to appropriate management forums when required.
- Drive decision-making and resolution through stakeholder engagement.
