Role Description
The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily security operations and service delivery. This role involves managing guard deployment, scheduling, and attendance, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.



The Operations Manager will coordinate with branch teams and clients, handle incident reporting, and monitor performance metrics to maintain high levels of safety and reliability. Key tasks include supervising field staff, conducting site audits, resolving operational issues, and supporting new client onboarding and contract implementation. The role also requires preparing operational reports, optimizing resource utilization, and continuously improving processes to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Operational management and team leadership skills, with experience supervising field staff or frontline teams.
- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills to manage schedules, deployments, and multiple client sites.
- Knowledge of security industry practices, relevant regulations, and compliance requirements; prior experience in security services or facilities management is an advantage.
